Unreliable. Their website will say they have a product, you make an online purchase, and they tell you when to go pick it up that they don't have the one thing that you needed. They claimed quote their system was down on quote, but their system was able to send text messages all day long. They put items on sale that are inedible, wilted salad, bacon that's completely shredded and falls apart when you try to pull it out. Every time I go there there's a problem.

Fruit not that good. Oranges are soft. Meat is good. No trout though. Friendly people. I don't think they want a big truck parking here.

I want to love the local store but they continue to make it impossible. Today I spent 167 dollars on groceries after meal planning and shopping sales. The store is rough at best it’s definitely been forgotten by the corporate office for a remodel. The meat department is always out of most things. Despite all this I try to shop sales and support the local store. Today I watched the cashier slam and damage most of my items while the manager of the store, bagged my food and kept smiling and asked me if I was OK while, my Celsius cans were dented and my package of chicken that I spent 19.87 on was ripped in half an leaking everywhere. Needless to say spending a little extra on gas but saving a ton in groceries while getting so much better product I will be shopping at market basket from now on. Love living in Auburn but will need to shop out of town for groceries.

I am so pleased with the delivery service!! Fast, efficient, and great choices. My shopper today was faster than if I had to do this myself. They get 10 stars from me. Thank you so much!!

Good store with a pretty good selection for its size. The service is always good. But the selection isn't as good as the larger stores in Worcester.

I call the meat department ask for turkey thigh , and the guy ask me what I want with it , I said raw and he told me call back tomor ,he don’t know what am I asking , and I told him turkey thigh raw , and he said turkey leg ?and said we have chicken no turkey , l know that u carry chicken off course .

Fairly well stocked for a smaller store. LOTS of amazing items on clearance! Crowded isles with clearance , however.

I love getting my flowers from there, great selection and the cut flowers always last so long when I bring them home. Beautiful arrangement to choose from too!!

Great medium sized grocery store. I went there to get Whalburgers - two different kinds to grill myself AND didn't know they made hotdogs.  Since there isn't a restaurant near me I get their signature Chef Paul blends.  I enjoyed the store in Auburn.  They are pricy though.

Seafood department sold me spoiled clams. Haven’t been back since.
