The employees went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. Wonderful people to work with. They did an incredible job replacing both the front and back of my phone. Price was very reasonable.

He did the same thing to my $1200 phone. He acted like he fixed it the first time putting a fake apple battery in, my phone wouldn’t charge past 1% then when I called back a few days later that’s when he finally disclosed he wasn’t “authorized” to sell real ones.. I felt like he broke it even more so I could keep getting it fixed. He kept my phones screws the second time I came back. And left my screen lifted out of my phone unglued telling me he couldn’t close it because of my “swollen battery” I took it to Best Buy and they said there was nothing wrong with the battery and he actually just made my phone worse.

Very nice and friendly! Was able to show me the issue I was having dead spot on screen; and had a new screen on my iPhone in less than ten minutes. Working perfect now.

Amazing is the words for me. I took my daughters phone to another place after they completely tried to cheat me and took 4 weeks and made things worse I was referred to Shawn’s and I am so happy. 45 minute she had the phone fixed and all good to go. He even replaced all the brackets that the other replace did not put back in the phone. 100% recommend

I had a cracked screen on my IPhone8. I stopped by and was greeted with some the best customer service and they were quicker than anybody else in town! They have earned a customer for life and I suggest you visit with any phone issues! GREAT PLCE TO DO YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!

Stand up respectable job on my iPhone. Lifetime warranty and great customer service. Only suggestion would be to maybe put a sign out on the curb or something to make it easier to see That this place does repairs. No complaints.
