Shawnee Park

Nice little park! It has a nice little pond for fishing, a playground for the kids as well as frisbee golf. Worth the trip!

Beautiful park with lot to offer. .This park has public restroom, next to a small lake featuring disc golf, fishing pier, Sand Volleyball field, basketball field & playground. lots of street lights around the park, small parking lot, saw some kids swimming in the pond, people are fishing at the pier. lots of shading trees. A great place to play disc golf at. Beginner level since most of them are straight shots. Some of the holes can be a bit difficult for turns on main Street and pond but for the most part it's fairly straightforward.

Shawnee has really been upgraded in recent years as a park and as a disc golf course. It's a popular destination for a lot of different outdoor activities can always see people walking around the pond or playing in the playground.

This is a great park in the area to bring your kids to. It includes a toddler sized playground, a larger playground, swings, a volleyball court, a little basketball court, a pavilion, public restroom, and a little trail that goes around the pond. There’s also a disc golf course. This is our first time here, but the entire park is very clean and quiet. We will definitely return.

It's beautiful there, very peaceful to walk around the pond. I saw a turtle. The picnic area is clean and nice.

First time Disc Golfing here. Pretty nice and open. It was a little windy when we went and this place likes your disc flying with the wind...if you catch my drift!? Definitely a good place to go for beginners and up. Also wear sunscreen on a sunny day. Not so much now as it's still cold but once it warms up yes! Happy Flying!!

It used to be a good park but nowadays there's some kids riding bikes very dangerously and very close to walking pedestrians. Their parents should be held responsible. They almost hit an old woman, and I could see the gear on her face...

Nice park, with frisby golf, fishing and natural wildlife.

Nice walking trail around the pond. We met up with a few other families and walked around in the morning. The kids also loved the playground equipment and swings. We will be back.

A great place to play disc golf at. There are very to little water hazards and lots of straight shots. Some of the holes can be a bit difficult because they're close to the road but overall it was an amazing time. Be careful of the turns on some holes but for the most part it's fairly straightforward.
