Shawnee Police Department

Very honest and fair. We got a great group of officers in Shawnee. I Wouldn't want to get arrested by anyone else. In my past, I was in my fair share of trouble and no matter what Shawnee Police Department had always been respectful and for the most had always done what they were supposed to do. Accept Richard, He needs to stay on light duty.... Jk, he's a great guy as well.

Although I've received more well deserved speeding tickets from SPD over the years than I'd like to admit, I've always been treated fairly. Most, if not all, of the officers I've come into contact have left an excellent impression.

Great law enforcement here. However you may need to "beef" up around school zones. I.e. speeders and people smoking with kids in the car. How trashy can you be? Yes, people are judging you if you're smoking in the car with kids inside. You've lost your mind! Nasty.

I'm 55 yrs of age. I've always seem to be in trouble ??... The laws in my life have always been A way of help , not a plot against me. If I was messed up they would come to my house and be a friend. It was when I 'd lose faith and start lying or just lie out fear that things would go wrong. To make this story shorter, thank you. The oklahoma police, Highway police dept. and the Shawnee police dept. for all you're help in my life. And I'm sorry. I was always in the wrong. As if I was against you. Thank you for all your help in my life. I'll try to do better.

Question: This applies all over Arizona, Colorado, here in Oklahoma. How many of you have noticed the Police have renoved " To Protect and Serve " from their cars? I'M talking City, County, State police vehicles.

Just saw officer 22121 zoom past me off mcArthur going about 50 in a 35 no lights or sirens, even got in a turn lane with no blinker.

I adopted a dog here, we tried to return it because it was aggressive. They refused to take it back. They tore up the agreement, and told us we could do whatever we wanted to do with it. Then they told us to get out of the building.

It's really sad that you can't get help from the police. People can damage your property in the City of Shawnee.

Sometimes they don't come when called. Tend to be a bunch of smart ass's. In all my years in Law Enforcement I never conducted myself like that.

Protect and serve. Stop creating criminals for job security. Garbage
