Did a great job on my daughters hair. Before we moved back home we had gone to a few places and they never got the color right. Shear Image got the color she loved right away. They do multiple follow ups and make sure everything is still good and the customers happy also. Will be returning.
Front desk mislead me on the experience of nail tech. She was very kind and gentle, however she needs more training and guidance before seeing more clients. My cuticles were not even trimmed. Hopefully management can provide further training.Service: Manicure
Thanks for destroying my hair right before the wedding. Next time warn the potential long term customer that you’re using them for training. Obviously the service I went in for was out of the skill set of the stylist and the outcome could have been FAR WORSE
Jamie is amazing. BEST hair dresser I've ever had. Been going here for 3 years and won't go anywhere else ever again. My daughter's get their hair done there too, we actually have a lot of fun on our " girls day" coming here.
I went in today for my first time and met Jules, yes we have the same name. My hair had grown out and it was half black and gray and half blonde. It hadn’t been done in a year and it was an absolute mess. I’ve never walked out of a hair salon in 30 years happier than I walked out of there today, it looks amazing! I don’t know how she blended it and fixed it but she is a miracle worker and I will be going there from now on.

First visit I made a appointment, after that discovered you can walk in for a quick cut, park in the back lot for the barber. Always seems that haircut is over really quickly because of the quality conversations and hair looks top notch great small town feel and comfort
