I went here for the first time last week. I had previously met Mark who works here about a year ago and reconnected with him and got his number a few weeks ago. I contacted him Friday evening and he set an appointment for me the following day at 10am. I was blown away with my hair cut and the service. The overall experience was great. Mark does an incredible job! I've been all around Mansfield and it's been hit and miss mostly miss for a quality haircut, but Mark knocked it out of the park! My wife says it's the best cut I've ever had and I agree! Thanks!
I am completely upset with the hair cut I just recieved from Linda. I had told her I didn't want my bangs cut shorter then just above the jaw line. I walked away with my bangs cut clear up by my eyes. I had even explained to her that with my job I need to pull back all my hair. Now I have to use clips to keep everything back. She does not follow directions and was way to scissor happy. I will not be wasting my money there again.
Had a color and cut at the Shear Pizazz and it was the worst coloring and cut I have ever had. They must use low end product's. My hair felt like straw. The cut was uneven I called the salon a few day's later and explained how my hair felt and all she could say is "Oh". But than again I wouldn't trust them to try to repair it. I have never had my hair feel this way aftet a coloring.
All the stylists are great! They do a supberb job and make you feel at home. You will leave looking great!
