Arriving from LA in the mid-80's, Founder/Stylist, Tiersa Silcox, began improving the look of the locals in 1987. In 1996, she launched Shear Uphoria in Broad Ripple. The salon has always served an eclectic mix of clientele, from judges-to-punk rockers-to-soccer moms; Silcox continues to believe the salon should reflect the diverse community it serves. The result has been a legacy of great styles and happy clients.
