Sue Dempster repeated to yell and strangle her 3 small dogs making them whimper after she encouraged them to bark obnoxiously at the geese. All of 2 geese were harassed by an obnoxious water boat. Which they were already injured. Hmmm I wonder how that happenes. She had no respect that people were fishing and relaxing in the park. She had the whole entire park in destress and all upset of the way she was acting. My first impression of her and the way she approached my son and I was as if she was intoxicated. If this is the way your program works and agrees this is appropriate that's a shame.
