Created for a local community, Shed Project is a alternative gallery space geared to facilitate the exhibition of two dimensional art, sculpture, film/video, photography, performance etc. It functions to support more awareness for contemporary artists in the Prescott area while additionally facilitating a dialogue concerning these works.
The utilization of this unconventional space will set forth a precedent of freedom to showcase works that would other wise be edited or censored in more conventional spaces available locally.
The Shed Project aims to inspire artist here in Prescott and abroad to create and promote new and existing works. This space was developed to bring people together, be an accelerator for creativity and to make something happen amoungst our community.
