Sheep Street Fibers is a full-service Sheep-to-Shawl yarn shop in south central Indiana. Inventory includes a wide selection of yarns, fleeces, natural and hand-painted rovings, spinning wheels and looms.
•Sheep Street’s yarn selection includes our own Shetland yarn, both handspun and millspun, as well as skeined yarns from all over the world. If you want to spin your own yarn, we have fibers galore and both natural and painted rovings.
•We have Ashford, Schacht, Reeves, and Louet spinning wheels on the floor for folks to try out, and carry Schacht, Harrisville, and Glimakra floor looms, and rigid heddle looms by Schacht and Ashford.
•There are also needles, notions, books, patterns….. And last, but definitely not least, there are 100 charming Shetland sheep that would love to meet you. These delightful creatures also provide great fleeces!
