Sheetz has gone downhill terribly!!! They keep raising the price of their food and giving you less. I ordered crispy chicken sliders with Buffalo sauce and ranch, there might have been an eye dropper of each on them, and you pay extra for each!!! RIPOFF!!! Another time I ordered 5 chicken strips almost $8, they gave me 5 nuggets that were smaller than McDonald's nuggets. I welcome their competitors to our area. Sheetz used to be a go to, now they are one I will avoid.
Local gas station that is a underachieving sheetz with the potential to be a legend. Sheetz Freak here of over 3 years and the bad news on this spot is its my least favorite sheetz. The MTG and MTO sucks you're lucky if your food is made correctly. I'm serious today i gave it another chance i did not want to drive all the way to 81 for my usual spot to order MTO and of course my hotzerella sticks were crushed and cold at the bottom and the rest of my food looked weird again like it was gripped a little too hard order was made accurate this time so thats a little better than last time. Their inventory is weird and different than the other gas stations and sheetzs. The good news about this place its close to home, its the only spot for some cold ghost energy drinks in a 5 mile radius, and the beer cave that's it.
I can't wait till the other sheetz is open again u can never get a order right from this one I've never got curbside and there isn't a issue
BBQ pulled pork full sub no bread $8.59 could be ate in 3 bites. Hate to see the portion on a half sub
The only reason I keep going to this sheetz is because it's less than a mile from my house but honestly it's more worth it to just drive to Shepherdstown or Martinsburg at this point. I can count on one hand the amount of times they've gotten my order right. And it'll be the simplest stuff, boneless bites tossed with Buffalo, I get plain boneless bites not even sauce on the side, random lettuce on my fry platters, a frozen latte with no vanilla syrup when I ordered extra, the list goes on
I have never received my order in less than 15 minutes. This is for 2 hotdogs and mozzarella sticks. Also most of the time they place my order with the mobile orders even though I ordered on the kiosk and payed at the front. Super frustrating when you're trying to get something quick and in the case of today, this order took 25 minutes for me to receive. I do not recommend buying food here, it'd be quicker to drive to the next closest Sheetz instead.

They do not even deserve one star. They staff is rude and the are un organized. They had everones orders wrong. Then argue with you. I left and and open food and i took it right back wrong again. Go to the 711 its much better customer service. The manager was even rude. Food looked like slop! Would even feed to a dog.
I stopped this evening to see if the Martinsburg Journal had ran my father’s obituary and asked if I could look at a paper and see. It was printed and I was going to purchase the remaining copies. They rang them up and told me no charge we are very sorry for the loss of your father. What an an amazing company!
ran out of gas with only 10 bucks emergency cash. walked here. Turns out they charge 20 bucks for a gas can that other gas stations charge 3.99 for and couldnt get gas and their overpriced gas can. I explained the tough situation I was in and the manager flippantly refused to help me in any way. even offered to leave my Id to no avail. I proceeded to walk up to 7/11 up the street by the VA. dont go here go up the street.
