Worked here many yrs ago, great place prices are very reasonable. Except the $5 for unknowingly 3 pot stickers that's a pretty bad deal, for $5 I was looking for more then what I got. Its alot for so little. I called to make sure it was right and found out u can get 9 for $8 as a premium appetizer, can anyone make sense of that reasoning? Anyways enjoy.
Place gets to be pretty busy around noon to oneish but worth it if you love your fried food! Which I do! No self checkout here, which is a bummer but the actual line moves pretty quickly. Employees are as nice as gas station employees get. Store is pretty clean. Enjoy!
The counter service was excellent. Very polite and fast. The food service was horrible. It took a long time to get the food and then half of it was not edible. Not happy with them today....
Omg this place is absolutely amazing, props to Eric. I got a cold brew with cold foam not only was there cream on top but there was cream on the bottom! that's what I like! Not just props to Eric props to the whole store they make the best food and have the best customer service! They are super friendly! This store I our home away from home my fiancee and I come here 3 to 5 times a day. We absolutely love it
After waiting over 45 minutes for my food, when I finally got it, the food literally had bites taken out of it. I've never been more disgusted
The only location anywhere close to richmond with a car wash was out of order and would take 6 weeks to fix yet they are still selling car washes through the gas pumps
Great location. Lot of pumps with music playing. Store is nice with a lot of selection for hot foods.
I placed an order at 132am to be picked up at 210am for 2 hot dogs. I waited until 245am when my lunch break was over and never got my food. I had to leave with nothing to eat. I've never had a more horrible experience at Sheetz. I was given my money back for the purchase, but I will not return. I placed the order 45 minutes ahead of time for it to be ready. The manager told me they prioritize door dash orders over mobile orders so mine was being pushed back over and over. That's unacceptable.
First coffee machine I tried was broke, placed my order only to find out later they where out of what I ordered. Opened my order only to find both burritos split open and a total mess. It s back to Wawa for me I gave it some time, about a year and went back this morning for a cup of coffee and low and behold coffee maker was not working again. I guess I will give them another year.
Cashier was extremely rude. Would only address CERTAIN people. Spend over $100 on my normal gas stops plus coffee and food. Not going to be giving that to sheets ever again. And no I do not want an apology or a gift card. I want you to hire respectful people at your stores. Then directly let your rude employees know you are cutting their hours down to 5 a week and tell them why. Do this until they quit and realize how worthless they are. Reverse their cancel culture personalities right back to them. Lot of complaints about this location already.
