Avoid this sheetz for food unless it's prepackaged. This is not the first time MTO has disappointed and upset my stomach. High priced and sub-par. Nitro cold brew came half full and half foam, disappointing.
If I could give this nasty store a 0 star rating I definitely would. The employees that work with the food are so disgusting. One of them weren’t wearing gloves and I ordered extra cheese in the computer and they didn’t give me extra cheese. The place where they make the food is dirty, very poor costumer service. They all had attitudes there was 3 cookers in the back and the lady was the rudest wouldn’t give me the extra cheese I ordered. I’m done going to this nasty place, this is my first time ever going to this Sheetz. First and last time I’m going to the boardman and Youngstown sheetz they’re respectful and don’t try to rip people off. My salad was fast and poorly made. Talking about “you can’t order extra cheese in the system” when I did indeed order extra cheese in their computer and every other computer with Sheetz. Also very little lettuce, look at the little bit of cheese. Reporting this dirty place to the Food Administration and Drug Department
Literally had to come home and cook my own food how is it ok for someone to give u food like this I pay way too much money I could tell it was undercooked as soon as I opened the lid to the box attached is a photo of my apps in my air fryer before I finished cooking the food
Fantastic food and drinks! The food is nice and fresh too, not frozen and heated. They cook it right in front of you! I 100% recommend for everyone!
Twice I've ordered tacos here. No freaking meat in them. Last time only 1 had no meat. This time none of them do. Never again eat here!
Always under staffed, takes forever to get an order. Heaven forbid you get a Milkshake, one person handles the register and the beverages. Line-out the door to check out and no beverages being prepares. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
2 out of 3 "made to order" were refrigerated cold, literally cold in the middle and room temperature on the outside the cheese didn't even melt. Cold brew tastes like there's wine in it. It's 2020 and people still can't microwave food right, it's good to have fun at work but Jesus Christ, have some dignity when you make food, if they don't pay you enough to care then find another job. This is sad for a newly built sheetz
I come here literally every night and get the same thing... Lately the fries are like always under done and soggy. They're supposed to be on a timer so I don't understand why this keeps happening.
The best employee was Jenn! She was so pleasant her appearance was so refreshing and she had such a great personality!
I was just in your store at 10:34 p.m. and I'm confused and frustrated as to why the young girl working the cash register refused to microwave your blounts family kitchen pasta dinners that are sold in the refrigerated to go cases. I bought them many tim and had them microwave them and tonight before paying I asked the incompetent unfriendly girl if she could heat it up for me and she was apparently not having a good evening, and after telling me no they don't have a microwave in the store I said Ms don't you at least have an employee break room you could do me a salad and heat up by $6 meal I'm buying and which she ignored me. I understand the fact she doesn't want to go above and beyond her hourly pay but it was pretty ignorant the way she treated me after being so kind to her.
