Came to charge my car here, I had a nice experience and great service. I just wished the bathroom were a bit more clean. Overall will definitely come again.
Typical Sheetz with good drink selection and clean bathrooms, but at the pump they were playing this god awful music that was incredibly loud compared to other Sheetz stores, which was very strange. Other than that, no issues
Always busy. Hard to get a pump. Lots of food choices inside. Cashier was pleasant. Not enough staff.
Busy but was a nice group of employees here! They have everything you can think of! I wish they offered Coca~Cola frozen products/slushees etc...
Used uber eats driver didn't get full order. I called sheetz and the lady I spoke with was a sweet heart it's nice to speak with employees who care about others even in the stressful business of sales. I didn't catch her name but still nice to no they care about mistakes made and corrected them.
No one EVER answers the drive thru. I have been here multiple times for DoorDash orders, and it’s a nightmare. No staff ever greets or asks “How can I help you?” The orders are behind the shelf getting cold, and I always feel like a bother to the staff asking if my order is ready. I have been delivering DoorDash for two years and nothing has improved. I have had no other issues with the other Sheetz in the area. This place should be shut down or learn to train employees…
Absolutely horrible management, filthy store absolutely no customer service skills and pumps that don't pump the accurate amount of fuel the pump stopped three times charged my card even showed a manager who ended up coming to the pump. The corporate office tried to be as much help as possible but Evan couldn't be bothered for even 2 minutes to even attempt to make the situation right, pump three at this location is nowhere near accurate and is actually broken while management fits on their hands with making excuses and treating customers horribly. If a customer asks for assistance they should have no problem providing it and not ignore a person and wait on the next one then add to that the Scranton cop on a power trip acting like it's no big deal to be upset when your card is fraudulently charged for services or merchandise you didn't get there is absolutely 0 point or logic to having a police officer standing around inside the store just to secure it
Called to ask where the rest of my pretzal was, and why was more than half of my cheese from my pizza squished against the top. The Manger “ Spencer “ was completely rude to my girlfriend and I. He should be cleaning the bathrooms than be the manager.
Sheetz keeps getting better others places like it should take notes
Stopped for a charge at the electrify America chargers on site. 4 chargers, all were empty when we arrived on a Friday afternoon. All appeared to be working, and my Mustang Mach E charged as expected. Restrooms were very clean, but didn't have infant changing station or if they do it is in the handicap stall? Which was occupied, so idk. Sandwich ordered was as expected. Good stop for an EV to charge up. Update: on a Sunday afternoon, the charging station was much busier, and one of the chargers was down. There were a few cars waiting. Still a good stop, but you might need to wait at popular charging times.
