I am a milkshake fan and I love to buy it from here since I found they had a good milkshake the first time I tried the cup I hold it. I am so impressed the first time and the guys on the night shift were very nice. The other time I bought my milkshake very badly different people make it and so much watering and my last time were so annoying with an old woman who make it for me, she forget to put cream on top for me and I asked her to do it and she just put a little bit for me. I ordered a large size that's why I'm so disappointed. I want to enjoy my milkshake with cream on top Can you just do it well and the same every time pls?
An old lady accused me and my friends of stealing when we didn't, said we were being annoying and disruptive when we were just trying to order our food. The other workers were respectful except for the elderly lady who threatened to call the sheriff on me and my friends for doing absolutely nothing wrong. IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE! I couldn't believe what was happening, I have been a loyal customer at Sheetz since it has been here and I have never been treated like this. It has ruined my experience as a whole and made me feel unsafe. Needless to say I will not be coming back.
Avoid. The worst ever. Stay away. Waited forever. Coffee stinks worse than my coffee breath. And nothing was stocked. Slow workers. I walked out of there without my food, even after paying for it. That’s how late for work they almost made me.
Believe it or not but these are 2 hot dogs. These workers should be ashamed of themselves. For $12/hour I’d think they could make hot dogs that didn’t look like someone punched them with hate.
There’s no long line in filling the tank. Good price and I like the high level of octane gas.
Excellent customer service from both morning & night shift staff. I love coming here.
I was in the self checkout section when I asked the manager if she can apply the 2 for $5.50 Gatorade deal, she asked me if I had the Sheetz card, I said no and she ignored me. I don’t know if the Sheetz card is needed for the deal, or not, but that’s just plain rude.
Stood at the register needed assistance with something from behind the counter and no cashier came to assist. A lady working food service yelled for "Sherry" to more work worky, less talky talky". Still, no cashier. A minute or so goes by and "Sherry" is still in conversation with someone and the lady from food service yells again. Still, Sherry continues chatting with the man. I left check out and walked by "Sherry" and said Customer is now leaving. Also called her a lazy B****. It's 5:20am. I don't have time to stand around while Sherry chats it up.
This review is for the food/food service here. Let me start by saying if you call back, the kind owner will do his best to rectify the situation. However, every single time I come here to get food to go there is ALWAYS something wrong with it. Either something is missing, sauce is missing, wrong food item given, or food us made poorly. I have come to this location 20+ times just because how kind the owner is but this food service is just not improving. My most recent visit I paid $14 for 8 Chicken tenders and a large pretzel. My 8 "tenders" were the size of 8 chicken nuggets and def did not look like the picture from the app. Take caution with food you order from here and always double check your bag.
Never had an issue with this location. Love Sheetz for the gas convenience and their wide selection of munchies. A few of their employees could be a bit more cheerful. Sometimes it's like walking in a cemetery. A few employees are pleasant, however. Also the floor and bathrooms are somewhat dirty : /
