If it's busy and you are waiting 5-10 minutes for your food, double check it before leaving. Just had one order put in two, haven't checked the second, and it was missing EVERYTHING I requested on it. I'm not going to bother going back and complain; just letting others know.
It's a clean and well maintained Sheetz. Employees are friendly and its a safe place to stop and get gas if you are traveling.
For probably the 10th time I have order a bucket of fries and got it not even close to being full. If this is the case you shouldn’t bother getting a bucket and just get a cup you get the same amount. Either someone didn’t care or it’s a rip off.
I'm constantly at a Sheetz whether in my home area or out of my town. I purchase all my gas from them and often other items also.
I want to give my local Sheetz a 5 but I just can't because of the inconsistency. 95 % of the time I go there I have a positive experience, but that other 5% they are either forgetting simple things from an order, ridding things from their menus, out of stock of several basic items, etc.. but like I said usually the experience is great.
I love Sheetz best to get food and everything else
Went in at 7 am Friday, when convenience stores & gas stations are busy with people trying to get to work, plus it was NY eve so it was even more busy. I was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly nice everyone at this store was, despite being incredibly busy. I had asked the lady Leigh Ann making subs that I was picking up for lunch later if it were possible to put the toppings on the side. I expected her to be a bit annoyed the way workers are at my local Sheetz when you ask them pretty much anything but no.... she was super sweet and said it was no problem, and not only did she put them on the side, but she put each item in its own plastic container I honestly expected everything to be thrown in 1 single plastic baggy or something. When I went up to check out I was shocked at how friendly the cashier a blonde hair young man named May? Or Mav? was, too. I was honestly so surprised with the friendliness of the employees and how accommodating they were that I texted myself their names so I could call later when they weren't busy and let the manager know what great employees they have. I'm in Keyser nearly daily during the week so I will be making it a point to buy my gas and snacks at Sheetz from now on, bc of how great their employees are!
They got good food when you get it. 2 days in a row I had to wait for almost an hour and I ended up needing to ask about my food. The first time I went inside and ordered and waiting 52 mins and went up and asked where my food was. Best part I said excuse me ma'am at first and the one lady blatantly ignored me and acted like I wasn't there. I finally had to yell and get the attention of a younger girl. They apparently put it over at the pickup area and didn't call the number. They also acted like It was my fault somehow. The 2nd time I did curb side I waited 43 mins and ended up calling. Yet again they said "someone must have picked it up at the pickup area and it wasn't their food." exactly how when it was curb side? It shouldn't have been in the pickup area at all. I gave it 2 stars BECU their chilli dogs are amazing. I'm normally an understanding person BECU I've worked fast food and everything but this tested my patience. But thank you to the two who did help me and get it sorted out.
This establishment was very clean restrooms included. Coffee was more than half way decent. Love the condiment machines that dispense the creams and sweetners. Doughnuts were fresh even late at night when we stopped.. Keep up the good job
This Sheetz in New Creek W.V. is a well run store. The made to order food is always hot and made to your liking, and the shelves are always well stocked. So stop in and grab yourself a doughnut and a coffee you'll be glad that you did.
