Sheila Nowell with Magical Moments Vacations lived in Central IL for 38 1/2 years before she was relocated to Phoenix, AZ, but her husband's firm. However, she works from home and services clients on a daily basis in 23 states to date, so don't let location deter you! She communicates via messaging, email, text, phone calls, Skype, and when she is able, she'll meet in person, too.

But her biggest passion is Disney...she books Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Lines, Adventures by Disney, and Aulani a Disney Resort in Hawaii, as well as all overseas Disney destinations AND the Disney resorts in Vero Beach, FL and Hilton Head Island, SC. She also book hotels on the way to and back from a destination, and pre and post cruise stays, as well as rental cars and flights (in a package).
What does a professional Disney travel planner do, and why do you need one?
Hotel and Resort selection - after discussing your preferences and budget with you, I help to find the perfect place for you and your travel companions
Theme Park or other tickets - I will help you understand the differences between ticket options and pricing and determine which package is best for you
Dining Reservations – I work with you to select restaurants based on your dining preferences and make the Advanced Dining Reservations for you
For cruises, I assist you in choosing your cruise line and dates, stateroom, and prove information and assistance with ports and shore excursions. I also keep track of important dates for accomplishing everything and answer questions whenever you have them!
I watch your travel dates and apply any newly released discounts to your reservation when new discounts are announced
YOU make the final decisions about your vacation, but, with a travel professional working for you, you will have a personal assistant helping with the legwork. I save you countless hours of research, and you will be receiving optimized value for your vacation dollars!

I an an independent travel professional with Magical Moments Vacations. I specialize in Disney Destinations, but I also plan all cruise lines as well as Sandals/Beaches/Grand Pineapple resorts. For the most part, my services are 100% FREE. Disney and other Suppliers realize that many people don't have enough time, money, or information to plan the trip they truly desire. That's why they have trained me to do it for you, and they pay my company a small commission for doing so. There are NO hidden fees. The only time a fee may be added is if you request a destination or supplier who does not pay a commission. However, this would be discussed with you prior to booking. This is VERY rare. As I mentioned, most suppliers are very willing to work with travel agents.

I am a 38 year old mother of 3 and wife to my best friend, Shane. My entire family shares in my Disney obsession which makes it all the more fun! We lived in Central IL for most of our lives and now Phoenix, but we LOVE to travel and see the world! I graduated with honors from Lincoln College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Business Management. We will be on the Disney Dream April 24, 2017. We'll head to Disneyland at least once (maybe twice) this year, too. We plan to take advantage of the amazing tours by Adventures by Disney once I complete my bucket list goal of visiting all 50 states first. :)
