I went here about a year ago to get new tires, front brakes, and do a state inspection. Everyone was very polite, helpful, and informative. I got a fair price and was pretty happy.  Came back about a month ago for a tire rotation. The only reason I came back was because I couldn't get the front driver lug nut off myself without stripping it could be from any number of things, but this garage was the last to tighten everything. I also needed to replace an O2 sensor that was right on the manifold. At the time I didn't have the tool to get it off, so I bought the part myself and just asked the garage to swap it for me.  In total I got charged over $150. $75 for the tire rotation because they put a new bolt on. Not only was the bolt issue likely their fault, the new one is the wrong size. They also charged $75 to swap the O2 sensor, something that likely took 2-3 minutes.  I realize now I should have just done the work myself instead of bringing it to these jabronis. I don't know if something changed over the last year, but I got waaay overcharged for some simple tasks. Don't be like me. Find another place to take your vehicle or learn to do it yourself.

Mike is a very good guy,he is honest and very easy to talk to. Straight forward and very reasonable with pricing. Have known for about 20 years and always takes care of his customers

Tires WORN to belt, needed replaced immediately.  Tires ordered and replaced next morning!  Been a customer for years.  HONEST, RELIABLE and AFFORDABLE.. estimates always right on!  Highly Recommend.  Friendly and helpful service and staff!

I moved from Murrieta California to Maryland a little over a month ago, I was able to buy a 1997 Buick Lesabre, on a recommendation from a friend I drove to Owings Mills Shell to see Wendy, she is the cashier and she was very patient and helpful. Mike the owner did the inspection, he was very prompt and honest and told me what needed to be fix in order to pass inspection. My car only needed new tires and since my father in law works for Sears I was able to get a great price on my new set of tires. A week later I brought my Buick back to show that the repairs were done, Mike passed my car with flying colors. The whole process was inexpensive and most importantly I know how hard it is to find a good and honest mechanic, I will highly recommend this fine shop to all my future friends in the Maryland area!

Laziest mechanic iv ever seen. He turns customers away and seems the least bothered. Do not waste your time, a snail moves faster in snow than this guy can to do a freakin oil change. Worthless !

I worked near this Shell gas station and I always found the prices to be very fair and on occasion when I had to use them for repairs or Tire work they did good work at very good prices. I'd have no trouble going back to them again if I were in a Owings Mills.

These people are stealing credit card numbers BEWARE! On two separate occasions had purchased gas here and the next day had a bunch of random purchases on my account.Second time it happened on December 14.So be careful and pay cash or buy gas somewhere else.

This place is extremely high for service work I got ripped off two times first time I was up set gave them another chance but again got ripped off found another shop to get service work on my cars diamond Sunoco in pikesville very far prices and really great service  would highly recommend them

Terrible station gas prices always above average. Sometimes it feels like I'm going to get mugged if I have to stop at it
