Shell Gas Station

Horrible experience. Pulled up. Started to put my card in to pay at pump, it says begin fueling. So I do that. Attendant runs over and tells me to stop $40 already pumped. Explains I need to pay first. I explain the situation and she insists I need to come in and pay for the now $50 and then preauth the rest. Eventually I fuel up to $89 and walk into pay. Now they won’t let me pay because of a bcaa card mix up. Then they start discussing something in Punjabi while I wait. Still won’t let me pay. Suddenly they decide to let me pay. Never have had such a bizarre experience fueling up.

Nice staff helped me refill the tire using air pump first time.

The Indian with the turban purposely made a long line out onto the street impeding traffic and refused fuel after waiting in line and purposely not allowing two lines which the parking lot could handle. Worst gas station ever. Waited 30 minutes and left with no gas…

Hey Few days ago I made a stop here at shell gas station and I went inside to pay for my gas and came back. You guys have amazing customer service. When I came outside to fill up my gas one of your employee Navneet helped me. She is really good at focusing on what customers need and require. She is a great team player and holding a great customer service skills. Well done great job !

I usually fill up there as i am a bcaa member, and they have the 3 cents off

Gas attendants was good. But when inside to get a drink and cashier was on a phone, seemed like a personnel call. Waited few min till finally asked to be cashed out, she stayed on phone while doing so and giving me a look like I'm bothering her doing her job.

Gas price continues to creep up since January this year. Today, gas price drops average of 60%. Long queue to Shell Station to gas up. Service was amazing. All staffs works hard.

Great gas station with very friendly and helpful stuff. Yesterday was my first time using air miles to redeem my gas cost, I wasn’t sure how to use it. There is a friendly guy helped me in detail about how to use it by app! Very good experience

I used to work here... for about a year. I quit one day cause the management called me out as lazy and useless. But the thing was, management was rarely on site. So how would they know if i was being lazy or useless? Personally I enjoyed the work and loved helping custumers as well as working along side the team. Again with management off-site most of the time they probably didnt really get to know the team or myself. Had to get this off my chest. Its been haunting me for years. I always brought my A game

Diesel price today $2.249. Best price in Metro Vancouver. Very good service as well. Highly recommend!
