Car completely legal. All registration and insurance, legal. Inspection stickers on hand this time. This guy is rude. He refuses me. He's had me in tears over trying to get the car into the bay with his attitude another day. I see posts on Facebook about ppl fussing over this store. Bad service n attitudes. I now know 4 people who are experiencing the same. If you can help it cuz its the only station in hedgesville, do not go. You see the reviews give them 3 points. That's pretty low. I'm not the only one.
Shell is my favorite gas station...it seems like this is the only one around, other than in Winchester area. I haven't gone inside, typically just pay at the pump. If I interact with staff inside I'll update my review.
Horrible service garage. Used to be great. The older man is wonderful. But the Younger man will talk to you like trash. He was very arrogant and ignorant to me this morning just to simply explain to me that They don't accept any digital documents cause they are afraid to 'smash your phone'. so make sure all your stuffs on paper before going. Most unprofessional way I've ever been talked to by a man. Sickening. There are respectful ways to calmly explain to a customer that you cannot service them. Definitely lost my business.
The manager Tina Karen was the rudest, most hateful female dog I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Other staff members were great. But if that was my employee, she'd be fired so fast her wig would fall off
Bobby and Brian are very professional, timely, reasonable and do great work. Had my water pump & serpentine replaced in my Jeep…perfect job! Plus they charged my A/C as a favor. I highly recommend.
Very easy to get in and out of this place and there is a convenient store near the gas pumps.
Very friendly and fast. I have got my inspections and brakes done here as well as tire rotations. They have always been very respectful and answered any questions or concerns I have had. I would definitely recommend them.

Love this place. The girls during the day are very nice and friendly. Never had a bad experience with any one of them. I miss them when when I go to Florida for the winter. Keep on smiling Tina , Pam and Michelle.
93 octane is ridiculously more expensive than their advertised 87 price. like $5/gallon vs. $3.89. Sheetz up the road is much cheaper.
