This is the best place locally to take your car for any service. The mechanics are professional, and so extremely knowledgeable of everything regarding servicing my vehicles. We take all three of our cars and my husband's two motorcycles to this shop for repairs, inspections, and scheduled maintenance - once they are out of warranty, and are more than satisfied with the superior, exceptional service that we receive. Tracy is so friendly, and makes every effort to accommodate our schedule when making our appointments. Don and Brandon are exception mechanics; going above and beyond the service we have received at the dealerships. We highly recommend this Shell Service Station and Shop for your vehicle service, and we are so glad that they take care of us!
Took my car in for State inspection. They called and say I needed 3 suspension parts to pass at $1450. I was suspicious, as the car drives like butter. If there was damage on 3 of 4 suspensions, I would have felt or heard something. I went by and spoke with them to have it explained, and it didn't make much sense. Something about cracked bushings, but not needing an alignment. I told them to slap a rejection sticker on it. I took it to a dealership the next day. No issues, passed inspection. No cracked bushings. No damage to the suspension. No play in the wheels. This could be an example of an over excited young technician, or this could be an example of something very worse.
This wonderful gas station is a throwback to your family’s full service station back in the day. They’re accommodating and competent and it’s so nice to have a place you can trust to do your work right.
Had a flat tire NYE early in the morning 615am and they were VERY helpful. We’re able to patch/plug the tire and not try to automatically sell us a brand new one. Got us right in and had it fixed by mid-morning. Very fair pricing as well.
Had a pressure switch replaced. A week later got contacted asking if everything is alright on my car. I'm surprised its not leaking after all its an 80's ford. Very happy and would come back for minor problems to be fixed.
I will say they have a good gas and it’s a clean station. Beyond that, not good customer service and they act like you were inconveniencing them when you ask questions. They also seem to have caused a leak in my wife’s oil pan when they reinstalled. Cross threaded a bolt causing a slow leak
Just tried to get gas, but was denied being able to pay inside due to "shift change". Glad pillow talk is a part of shift change. Thanks for being so accommodating on changeover.
Kind of upset because I had to wait at this Shell gas station because my car ran out of gas after having tried another station that was shut down for a system problem. Of course the Shell has no gas cans to sell or lend so they’re not too helpful either. However, they did lend a funnel after my wife brought a gas can from home, and I thank them for that.
Please do yourself a favor and do not use this place for anything but a stop for gas. They lack in adequate training to fix your vehicle properly. You will be out more money to fix their mistakes.
I have only purchased fuel and snacks from establishment. Therefore I can’t speak to the quality of the garage. My experience has always been great. Location has been open for years.
