Update: the screens are more sensitive now and you can use the real buttons for some inputs, but there is still no back button. The pumps have giant touch screens that are a nightmare to use. Basically have to punch the buttons hard multiple times, and if it registers the next screen before showing it there's no back button
Major issues with touch screen programming. They continue to show the previous customer’s charges while processing your new transaction. This makes it look like you are paying for someone else’s gas
Horrible customer service. Standing in line behind 2 people, the cashier on the other side calls, “next”, so I walk over there to only another person getting in front of me and the cashier letting her. Waited 10 min behind the lady. Was jumping back and forth in line. People kept getting in front of me because there is no organized line. It’s first come first serve apparently even though I was before all the new people! The two cashiers didn’t say anything to the customers about helping me like she was here first let me take her first. After seeing me waiting for 20 min to pay with cash to get gas! Unfriendly, not smart, lady workers. I’ll get gas somewhere else moving forward. No thank you! Place is really bad customer service.

I usually get my gas here in the morning and decided to get a car wash on the way out. I decided to go for the 10 dollar wash to get the extra services. WHAT A JOKE! I drove in, it’s sprayed water on my vehicle, than soap, and then water. That’s it!!!! There are scrubbers that don’t even work! It looks worse now before I drove in!!!!!!!
I've been driving out of my way to get gas and a carwash here for probably 6 or 7 years. Every now and then, my car wash would expire due to the thing being broken, waiting for it not to rain, or just plain negligence, and they would honor it and just give me a new one. As if a car wash could expire... I paid the 12 dollars, what does it matter if I use it today or 16 days from now? Anyway, this time they wouldn't honor it. The two clerks I spoke to over two days driving out of my way acted like they were nervous, as if they were told not to honor it and refer people to the manager. They kept telling me they couldn't and didn't have the authority. Never have I ever had this problem before. The manager never seemed to be there when I went in, so I gave up. Now I just go to the 7/11 next to my home. I'm not as satisfied with the car wash, but it's the principle that this place wouldn't honor something I paid for. That's money that I might as well have burned, and it would likely happen again at some point. So screw this place!
What's up with the gas prices going up and down up and down changing as the wind? Some one needs to hold oil companies accountable and lower gas prices immediately if not sooner!! What y'all are doing should be a crime >
They were nice enough. 1 star because I was overcharged doing pre-pay gas yesterday evening. I asked for $20 on pump 9 but when I went out to pump, the balance was at $0. I went inside to ask if they could please add the $20 I paid -- Amy told me it "timed out" and reassured me I would not be charged and it was fine to use my debit card outside to pay. I just checked my bank statement and I was overcharged by ~$9. I know this does not seem like much but it's the principal. TIP: DO NOT PREPAY FOR GAS HERE.
The car wash didn’t even clean my car, and the manager would not give me a redo wash, an upgrade, or a refund to make sure I was satisfied and would bring my business back again. When I asked if they would rather lose my business than make it right, he said yes. So I will find a business that cares about their customers next time.
