Very nice car wash $8 to $12 or monthly unlimited. Also $2 for vacuums and a water and air for $2.

This car wash needs fixed! My husband gets car washes there because it’s cheap and I know why there’s always white streaks all over it! I always still feel like I need to get it washed again, after it has been washed! Lol I have been to a lot of drive through car washes and never have I seen these white streaks ever!

I have been given the run around for two days now about my refund. The car wash was broken and in order to get a refund I was told to come back the following day for the manager because the cashiers can't give refunds for some reason. Got the same answer again today even though I was told the manager would be in. The cashier pointed vaguely around to the car wash where I suppose she thought the manager would magically appear in there, but he's as absent as my hope is for getting a refund. I will keep coming back every day until I get my refund. Ridiculous

The vacuum machine got my $2.5 and still did not start working, I went into the store to explain to the cashier but she did not understand or speak any English. I asked her to call her manager but she said “no phone”. Well a terrible business that you can’t communicate in English

Horrible customer service. Won't let me use the bathroom multiple occasions, pumps require attendant authorization and he just stares at me through the window and won't answer Call button. Also, the car wash broke the side mirror off a car I had years ago. Go to the Shell off SM Pkwy, instead - they are 5* and have a great carwash.

Stay away from the car wash!!! Although it only cost $8, my car looks worse than before!!! Soap residue all over car. Windows now have dirt that was rinsed down from roof of car & never washed or rinsed off the car completely. Total waste of money & time!!!

I have used this shell station for years. However, when I bought gas last night it was $4.97 for 91 !! I then drive to Aliso Viejo and its $3.77. I called the station to ask what the price was, in less than 15 minutes and the female employee stated it was "$3.97" I then asked why a $1.00 difference and she stated "they are changing it back right now" I then asked for a price adjustment and was informed there would be no adjustment. This place is a total rip off and this is crazy that they would charge upwards of a dollar extra~ buyer beware!! and please watch the prices!!!

Fuel price inching twds 7$ bucks. Discount not worth it. Best to get gas when near lower higher prices. Best price in town was short lived here.

Worst customer service ever! Stay away they don't care for their long term customers and their employees don't understand English well enough to help you! The manager Andres Mendosa is the WORST!!!! HE STOLE FROM ME! STAY AWAY!
