Staff sucks & Won't give back my phone

The staff is rude, poorly trained, unsanitary, and appear to be on drugs. I saw one employee picking up cigarette butts outside the entrance, and then she handled and sold fresh food without washing her hands. I have had many bad experiences there lately and have observed this place going downhill for the last few months. I will not utilize this business any more despite being a customer since this store opened.

The people giving this place good reviews must be paid to say these things. I don't normally do reviews but I have had several exceptionally bad experiences at this gas station. There is one girl who works there that is clearly strung out on drugs and she has the worst attitude and nearly every time I get to the register she walks away and starts doing something else and not anything that needs to be done just random stuff. The whole place is super sketchy and I really hate going there and I won't be back

Worst customer service ever. 4/6/17. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. The gas pump would not pump gas but instead kept clicking. I go to tell the overweight cashier lady and she acts as though I ruined her world bc her lazy self had to stand up and actually do something...

I always go there to get gas and it was ok, but this last time i went i fill up my gasoline tank and the pump stoped i try to get more gas in my car; but the pum keeo stopping. My car always give me from 470 to 500 miles per gallon, this time show full tank and only 395 miles in my tank. I had 60 miles in ny car, i told the manager that something was wrong with the pum; but she said it was probably my car, i told her it was knew; but she insisted that it was probably my car. I call the owner am guessing they give me his number, i call he answer but never said anything back. So always make sure you get almost the same miles per tank i think they are saling us the 89 has for the premium gas. I always get the premium so i know how many miles I'll get for a full tank. They are saling the 89 as price as a premium, it's sad because i have seen before that sometimes would give me les miles per tank but this time was 100 miles less or little more.

Incredible inventory selection for such a small place. Gas and fuel. Incredible friendly service. Top notch in a world I've grown accustomed to expect less

Card reader on pumps kept saying wrong pin,re-insert card.Went to BP station nearer to Carrolton & card worked as always.Worked great at Ingles too .Whatever was going on it's not good when a card reader acts strange.

head cashier has a attitude treats me as if I was her ex people saying friendly staff.. lol update she no longer works here....

I like the owner, of the business, and clean store, well stocked, up to date and friendly service.

Nice store and gas station with a PAPA JOHN'S in it.
