My favorite shell because it's close to home but it's also on the more cheaper side for gas so that's definitely a plus. It gets packed sometimes but it's worth the wait.
If there is negative star I would. Cashier is literly wortheless, did not know how to use the pumps. Issued my 50bucks to the incorrect pump, and was not able to refund me my money! Also air/water doesn't work. Just go to the Mobile down the street.
Today I when to the gas station in the morning and the cashier was cleaning the pumps outside. He told me he doesn’t have time to charge me for the gas and he can’t walk to the store open it, getting into and charge for the gas. He told me can’t stop cleaning and go charge me for Fue gas.. I DONT HAVE A TIME RIGHT NOW.. that was his answer.. very rude.
Terrible I'm here at 11:22 pm and put 46$ I'm a member and every single time the restroom is out of order. Why called your selfs a gas station without a restroom.... Why is LA allowing this poor behavior on gas stations... I definitely wouldn't recommend this place do to the Dam fact of no restroom and no humility in the customer service... Very ridiculous... Two stars for the gas prices otherwise one star for customer service, cleanliness, and SPECIALLY NO RESTROOMS AVAILABLE!!!!!! W T F
Better price but DO NOT use the gas pump to pay unless you ready for a $125.00 hold on your account on Top of gas. Small station, hard to get into. Outside of that, cheapest probably on this side of town
I think this newly renovated gas station has consistently some of the lowest prices in the city for gasoline. You can get the gas even cheaper if you use your Ralph's fuel rewards points which can save you an additional 10-20 cents per gallon. Sometimes it can be difficult getting into and out of the station so be careful.
Waited 20 min to get a spot to fill up gas and walked to the cashier to be to told they are closed for another 20 min coz they are switching shifts between employee. So total 40 min , now here's the messed up part I was blocked couldn't even leave due to other clients waiting to fill up gas , that's when I clicked and I decide to keep my car for an hour at the pump for them not to get any more clients! I went got myself a coffee next door and enjoyed it when I saw the employee flipping and couldn't do anything about it!
This place is not even Shell Gasoline privately-owned and it's unleaded gas it's not Shell gas. The place is very small and kind of hard to get in. Probably only like 6 pumps on the location. If you're that kind of person that don't care what kind of gas you put in your car then this place has low prices. On the other hand I care about what kind of gas my car uses and for someone that's new and never been there and don't read what kind of gas it is they will find out soon when it don't last.
This location has great prices. I paid about $1 more per gallon in Mission Viejo last week. I'll be a loyal customer for the best deal around!
Low price, decent customer service, but their system is different from a regular Shell, because this used to be a US Petroleum, and they still use their system. You can't use your Ralph's gas rewards if you pay with cash. The card reader inside works weirdly. It asked me to swipe, then chip, then chip again, then worked after they started over, and I finally just used my Samsung Pay didn't work on the first try. And this happened during my two visits. Just pay at pump to avoid the trouble, and use your gas rewards.
