I visited this location several times due to my job having me traveling a lot and never have received such great customer service in manner given by young lady name Teundra I was having awful exhausting day went in to grab gas and snacks and left out with so much more her energy was pleasant and refreshing from how fast she was to multitasking and interaction with myself and other customers wasn’t going to stop due to past experiences but this young definitely won me over I will forever be a customer of this shells
Most of the women who work here are LAZY morons. They close the store bathroom to patrons at 6/7pm because the don't want to clean it. They block it with plastic crates. I hate this gas station. I hope a tornado comes through and wipes it out.
There's a good restaurant called the Apple Dumplings inside of this gas station.
I use this has station regularly. I have had several bad experiences here, but today was the last one! The auto cutoff didn't work, so a half a gallon of gas spilled out all over the back of my car. There was a stain on the ground, where it had happened before. I got the manager and informed him of the situation. I am not too worried about the $2 in gas that was lost, however I asked if they could pay for my car wash, and he ignored me. I had to pay $15 to run my car through the car wash, to save my paint. I also stepped in it and now my car smells like gasoline. I'll be going to Chevron from now on. I spend over $2000 a year on gas that I will happily spend at Chevron.
Stopped in here to grab some pork rinds for lunch. I forgot the healthy one I packed at home don't judge me!... Anyway they didn't have the regular flavor and only had bbq or spicy ones so I ended up going to "Apple Dumpling" the adjoining restaurant and my life is better for it! Great fried chicken and quick friendly service. Both the sides I tried knocked it out of the park and I will definitely be back to try some more!
Avoid this place at all costs. They charge way too much extra if you use a credit card. Their prices change more rapidly than most other stations. Many stations today went down in price not this place they went up. Which is proven that this owner is a cheap guy ONLY wants to rip off consumers and since Alabama does nothing about it he can get away with it. Many places to get gas don't waste your money coming here. Bad look for Shell. Zero stars not even one.
I will never buy gas there again,, the gentleman had his gun sitting on chair pointed towards the counter,, he's already threatening people I take that gun as a threat.. the gentleman was also sitting outside in his car before i went in.. oh now he's outside taking a smoke break, I guesse he don't like to be inside.. no smiles,, worst she'll station ever
I like this shell because of the people that work there. Nice friendly staff and the parking lot generally stays pretty clean. The only reason I gave this shell 4 stars is because if you are pushing with a credit card it will cost you an extra .10 per gallon of gas. So if you go and visit them be aware of this policy. If you are paying with cash or debit card you will not be charged that extra .10 per gallon. If you prefer Shell gas then go about 1.5 miles down the road to Irondale Al they have a shell there that doesn't charge anything extra per gallon, when you use your credit card.
It's not fair To charge 50 cents just because you using debit card the gas prices 1.85 and if u pay with cards 2.29 This is Stealing???
Credit price for regular gas was 20 cents more than posted cash price: $2.79 v. $2.59! Other area stations were charging $2.59 for both cash and credit, so this station was using their sign to lure unsuspecting drivers and pad their profit margins with a grossly inflated credit charge. I will NEVER buy gas here again!
