We travel to Salinas from Pismo Beach every 2 weeks for pick-up/drop-off. This is our go-to stop to use the bathroom. The bathrooms are always pretty clean and the customer service is always good. They’re never grumpy or rude like most gas stations.

It's not open 24/7, the store is not open at night

I always stop there for gas, For snacks like chips candy soft drinks etc. Even though there's three other gas stations in my city I was like to go to Shell near the outskirts of my town.

Bathrooms smell good and fairly clean. A bit wet in the floors but over all ok. Perfectly located right off freeway. Can pull in easy with a fairly mid size trailer or RV

If I could give negitive stars for this place, I WOULD! I have been coming to this Shell station for years.....at least 20 times! On my way to UCSB in Goleta I needed to use the bathroom sooooooooo badly. Your Lousy....and I should use I swear words here...Lousy, Creepy attendant would not let me use the facilities....I had already bought gas in the Bay area, was trying to buy drinks, and was in the middle of peeing myself....The guy thought is was so funny thata I whurting so bad, .....
