I came to buy coffee and purchased product from the convenience store. First, the attendant from the Dunkin Donuts was very rude. He was slow and held us up for 10 minutes to take our order. Then the Hispanic lady that was at convenience store was racist. My daughter bought a drink, it fell so I ask if I could exchange, she replied very angry. Very rude workers. Hire better people to help your customers. This was 4/22/22 in the morning. Its better to pay a little more somewhere else. Terrible place.
Got gas there recently. Wasn't a bad experience
I can excuse this place for having higher than normal prices. That seems to be just part and parcel for Mystic. However, it was the redlining and barely-concealed classism that earned this review. Just a heads up, if you've been negatively impacted by the ongoing pandemic, this place does not accept EBT, and the cashiers are trained to look down their nose at you should you ask. Yet another example of the affluent dehumanizing the less fortunate. Sad.
The employee working at the Shell station tonight was handling old food and giving it out to wild animals without gloves and hand tossing trash from the store into the outside trash cans then touching the door handles to the store. No sanitizing, No gloves, no mask.
4 /13/2019 The chasher I did not even listen to me though I was talking a different language. I'm very sorry I have to see this about this place but every time I've been there I feel like it's a complete failure. I am not happy with that place at all I tried to give the place one more chance I try to give the place one more chance but I'm sorry it is this not that great of a place .They still did not fix the pumps all of them do not work rate I trade a new card in it it works everywhere else I advised not going to the gas station the attendant inside I don't think even gives a darn about the pumps .they didn't even go out to take a look at it they didn't even do anything about the pump. When henny penny is fixed on going back to that and never going to this place again. I even told them in the store about it they did not care .
Was just there making a purchase. The clerk at the counter was talking on a cell phone hidden in her shirt while she was trying to wait on me. I was very vocal telling her that talking on the phone while waiting on the customer is very rude.
Watch the pumps...goes to 9 cents before you even have gas pumped into your car. .calibration of pumps are needed
Dirty inside, bathrooms were very nasty! Shelves were not well put together, you could tell they rely on people stopping in off the highway once without ever hoping to return. STAY AWAY!
Doesn't have a baby changing table in either restroom. Mystic is a family-oriented tourist destination. I thought having a changing table was a state requirement.
I just left your store and you guys are not answering your phones you charge me $12 for two cans of soda what is wrong with you people you think because of the covid-19 pandemic you can charge people $12 for two cans of soda
