STORE OWNER IS VERYYYYY DISRESPECTFUL Please check your total and if you pay with cash your change the owner will overcharge you and shirt change you.... Happened to me this morning. MILK COOLER NOT WORKING BUT STILL SELLING THE MILK Snapple $1.61. With tax I pay with a $20 Bill Change given back. $17.35 I bring this up and the owner was not happy with me asking about me change. Milk cooler is not working. I let the cashier know and the owner tells the cashier something in another language and gets nasty with me. I said to the owner I am just telling you incase you didn't no he just gives me a dirty look. I had a small pack of donuts and a snapple my total was $5.50 so I asked how much for the donuts $3.80 the owner starts fighting with me all because I asked how much yells me to go to Walmart wow great customer service their.........
Dude made me pay for a gallon of water that busted as soon as I tried to pull it out of his cooler, I ended up buying two even though I only need one, the other one I left at the shell because there was no way to transport it without spilling everywhere. How is it my fault when his equipment damages the merchandise.
The only gas station that every time I go I get hassled by bums or watch shady looking exchanges go down on the east side of the parking lot by the trees! Chuck, the employee, is the only reason I gave 2 stars. He is friendly and is the best thing about this place!
Nice people in the store. The gas is 10%+ more expensive than average, many pumps are consistently broken, and all types of sketchy characters loiter the property.
Rachel at the post office is the most helpful person I have ever dealt with at the post office in my life. I use the post office daily and I come in stressed out and she finds the perfect packaging for me. She helps me pack my shipments and that is not part of her job description. She goes above and beyond. She is kind and friendly and will even help you carry your packages. I will only go to this post office.
I visited this store last weekend. I just want to warn others of the excessive pricing that is charged. No prices on most items. I only purchased one item because I did not want to be overcharged on anything other than the item I had to have. It was marked up over 100%. I fell this is price gouging and would like to warn others. Omar was the cashier and stared me down, very uncomfortable feeling.
I had an issue using the payment card reader at the pump. Plus I could not enter my “Shell Rewards” number. I had to walk into the store and ask the store employee for help. The employee had an attitude of indifference and his solution was for me to prepay inside and to not worry about my Rewards points. I only hope the amount I prepaid balances out with the amount I actually purchased. There is too much completion in this area to bother buying anything from this particular Shell station.

11 minutes ago I just left this Shell station in tears. The kid working behind the counter was so rude, I can't believe it. I asked him rhetorically why my purchase was more than other shells and he said "How the f... Should I know" I thought he was joking. I told him He can't talk to a customer like that. He said "I'm a customer too." There's not enough room to put all the rude comments but sum it up with - He proceeded to yell and swear at me. I gave him back the stuff I was going to buy and walked out. I'm astonished that this kid is allowed to work there and treat customers that way. I will NEVER go there again and will tell everyone I know.
