The bathroom is clean and not too crowded here! It’s kind of fun to walk around in this area.
Our rig can only take #2 diesel, no more than 5% biodiesel, and that’s really difficult to find out west. This Shell station has #2 Diesel in a line of larger pumps for trucks and RVs. Great!!!
The women's restroom, store, and parking lot were clean and well maintained. The shelves were well-stocked and I was pleasantly surprised the store also carried plenty of auto maintenance products should anyone need oil, light bulbs, etc.
The gila bend shell has very nice employees and a good selection of products, plus fresh food. Plus my kids love the dinosaur collection in front!
Over night cashier here. Rude Rude Rude. I drive trucks for a living. The store is open all night. Let's start off by saying. I walked in. She was no where insight. The only worker in the store. All I wanted was to use the bathroom and grab something to eat. She told me I needed to hurry up because she had work to do. You will loose business with her in the store. This my first time coming here. Be sure if I drive late to take my business up the street to Loves..Because she to busy to ring up paying customers.
Can't really place a fair review. I tried calling the station to ask about amenities offered but couldn't get an answer. So, took my business to the Loves down the street. As a truck driver on electronic logs and tight schedule, It would cost me 30-45 minutes to stop, park and check.
Incredibly friendly staff, spotless facilities and well stocked and efficiently arranged store. The Subway folks were even on board with being amazing and making me and every other customer VIPs. For a spot in the middle of the desert you'd think you were being escorted to a fancy dinner. Really was blown away and I'm Always blown away by the friendliness professionalism and general awesome of Shell stations and stores. I ONLY buy gas and groceries and cigarettes at Shell bc I always get treated so well even tho they are often more expensive. And this particular location was head and shoulders above the spectacular experience I have at every shell station. So thanks yall you made my long weary desert driving from Yuma to Phoenix to Flagstaff to Kingman to Parker to Bullhead City to Las Vegas driving day a thousand times better. #alllove
All 4 employees were rude and idiots. I asked about rewards program and they didnt know anything and said they are independently owned and they dont accept it. Which they did because it prompt on their machine. Never stopping there for gas was my first and last time. Just go to another station down the street.
Clean. Got in and out quickly. And of course, kids love the dinosaurs.
Very friendly young man who was working at the Shell gas station store. Restrooms and the store are clean.
