I've just been to this filling station, topped up R100 fuel and the attendant said he was out of paper on the card machine. He later returned and gave a receipt. When I looked at the receipt, he had deducted R744.50 instead of R100 from my card. On requesting a refund, he arrogantly made a statement on if I do not make a mistake. Please be careful. That there is no apology for an error makes me doubt if it really is a mistake
I have used this filling station for many years, even before the Spar Express was built. I'm truly happy with the service I receive at this garage. The petrol attendance are always so polite and respectful towards the customers. The attendance are always so happy and willing to help, thank you Shell Lynnwood. Keep up the good customer service.
I have nothing much to say, the petrol workers are very efficient. P.s You should try the burger they sell in the store.. I don't know why it's LYNNWOOD MOTORS on Google maps when it's a Shell garage
All 3 fuel attendants fall asleep and when you hoot they get furious and claim that you are disrespectful because you alert them that you need petrol by hooting. Petrol attendants did not swipe my v+ card due to me requesting and attendant by the pump. They do not respect time as some of us respond to our clients on time or we loose them. I wonder why management need 3 attendants at night when they all go to sleep, just cut cost and place one guy on the pumps. Paying people to come sleep at night in numbers.
I've noticed people people always park in the handicapped parking spot right in front of the petrol attendants who are either too lazy or scared to confront these people. Please do something about this
The car wash located behind the petrol station is one of the best I have ever visited. A gentleman by the name of Charles always ensures that I get the best of services when I arrive. Yesterday I informed him that I only have 15 minutes until my next meeting. He and his team finished my car washing inside and outside in exactly 14 minuets. If you are working on a schedule or just want friendly service I would highly recommend this car wash. Thank you Charles!
