Needed help getting gas due to being handicapped. I called the station and asked if anyone was available to help . A very nice gentleman came out right away and filled my tank and told me anytime I need help, just call. Thank you!
Worker either forgot keys or was more interested in cleaning his car because it was closed for a while even though he was outside cleaning his car.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Everything is WAY over priced. This location has new owners that no longer except fuel rewards. For instance my husband spent $3,600 at Home Depot, which gives you $3.60 off a gallon. Can no longer use it at this location. Very disappointed in the new ownership. New staff is always super rude.
Been filling up here for a few years and a few times a week up until this week. Last week on 9/17/2018 I went in to top off the gas in my car with premium unleaded. I was at pump # 4 and after putting my debit card in it said to see cashier. I went inside and and asked the guy to put in $15.00 for pump #4 and explained the issue with pump #4. I think the guys name was Danny? After putting in $15 of fuel I noticed later in the day he had charged me twice Double posted the $15. Transaction on my account I went back in after 4pm and talked to Romo who told me it should auto correct on my account within 24/48 hours. 2 Days Later no correction and the duplicate transaction was still on my account. The guy at the register found the duplicate transactions on his system but said he did not have authorization to refund me or credit my account. He made a call to the manager. I think his name is Danny and explained to Danny what happen. Danny asked the guy for me to come back monday after 10 AM. I went in after 10 AM with receipts. Talked to The manager. Danny? I have screen shots on my phone and receipts and now Danny says I need to bring in a bank statement but never communicated this to me the prior week when he was on the phone with the employee. This is now my third visit to resolve this issue. The Manager in my opinion has very poor communication skills, Poor customer service skills, and was indifferent about my issue, Had no interest in correcting this issue which was caused by him or his point of sales system. The staff was friendly and tried to help but they lacked the knowledge about the process of correcting this sort of issue and sent me to the manager who was useless. After wasting my time with three visits I went to my credit union to get issue resolved. I do not know if this was a fluke or if this happens at this station frequently with other customers but use at your own risk. If you have any issue they will not help.
Was hoping to get gas but staff would rather "clean" the "messy" building rather than have my business. Good thing to note it was empty and not busy. Gas prices do not match either on board or at the pump.
They want you to pay 10 cents per gallon to use debit or credit instead of a single fee. They go 91, 89, 87 instead of how every other gas station works so they can try and trick the average customer into paying even more. The place is filthy and several pumps not working.
Crooks 1 dollar more a gallon for e 85 . Called and won't tell you price over phone and don't list price on web site.
Cluster at best. Any large vehicles, including dually trucks, be careful or avoid entirely.
It is a really good gas station it is a hard working staff
