She’ll station at corner of A1A and Palm Dr. in Homestead. Restrooms are outside of store and allow only 1 person inside after begging attendant for the key. Plenty of business to justify improving the situation so customers not forced to stand in the rain to use restroom. Hopefully, the next hurricane will wash away this shorty excuse of a convenience store.
this is not the first time Gus and Rebecca gave me shi**y attitude and decline to take my payment inside, 3 other cars waited outside for the pump to be activated, there were having a great conversation. after the confusion on what the note said and me knocking on the window to figure out when the gas will be activated, she waves me inside to then rudely tell me that I have to wait *after waiting 10 minutes with other cars arriving and leaving* she then tells me to pay outside and decline to take my payment because how she came at me snotty and I told her she shouldn't of have an attitude with a simple question being asked. beware of paying outside I was a victim of credit card fraud at this location and secondly the service in here is horrible * sometimes they go in the back to not be bothered, I should of went to race track which is down the road* but I only had 1 bar next to empty, horrible experience!
I don’t understand why you guys would hire someone who is so miserable for the night shift. This old lady that’s been working here for a while shouldn’t have this job because she argues with almost every customer if something doesn’t go her way. I’ve already had two altercations with her. One was a few months ago I gave her $40 and she kept arguing with me that I gave her $20. Today I came just to look for a specific drink a guy was opening a door for me and she yelled at him and said that I can open the door for myself because I’ve got hands and the door had an alarm supposedly. I ignored it and continued in to purchase a drink you guys didn’t have, I asked her to open the door for me because she locked it from her desk and she got mad and yelled at me saying why would I come in if I wasn’t going to purchase anything, She isn’t fit for a customer service job she gets to frustrated for everything. You guys honestly should hire someone else for this night position.
No offense, old dude needs to retire if he's gonna complain about someone speaking Spanish just saying. He was so rude to some other customers there this morning

Horrible station, Daytime weekend employees are useless, POS system won't accept GasBuddy inside and the card readers outside don't even all work.
So I have been stoping to this location for the past 10 years to pump gas for my company trucks before heading to the keys. Also all of my employees stop by to buy their breakfast, coffee and snacks. But I was notified by my workers that the old lady with glasses has been charging them extra items or more for no reason. I confronted her as soon as I was notified and she denied it. For some time she stoped but after a while she continued to do so and there’s times where I can’t use my card outside because of how many times I swipe my card for all the trucks. So It says I have to see cashier inside, when I go inside she denies to let me pay. Starts arguing with me, and it’s always something going on, she changes and screams at people on where she wants them to line up. Makes our mornings very difficult, hope this gets addressed soon.

Local Shell gas station on the South West corner of the intersection on US 1 diagonal from the Florida City Outlet Mall. They sell regular gas, DIESEL fuel, Rec 90 ethanol free needed for boats, lawn mowers, weed wackers, old cars, etc. The station is easy to get in and out of and has a convenience store. One of the last decent gas stations before going down to the Keys so be sure to fill up and get your supplies!
Avoid this place at all costs. The lady working inside was locking customers in, and locking customers out. She was screaming at people in the store in Spanish as they were trying to get out but she refused to open the door. It seemed like she only wanted three people at a time in the store. Freaking psycho.
