Shell

I went there to buy cigarettes, the machine was frozen my hands were cold. So I lnstead of typing my number in the attendant ignored it. So I didn't get my usual discount. I live 5.5 miles away from the shell. There are 2 gas stations on the way to the shell. But I prefer that one and to have my money stolen and the person be rude about it. She stayed on her phone the whole time and even the person on the phone was rude. Telling me to mind my business. I spend a lot of money there and so do my friends. I even suggest people go there. But not anymore. I hope that they are able to find some better workers. Bring the other guy back for night shift he was coo. This lady here she is Scary offensive and rude. You will continue to lose faithful customers because they feel threatened by her actions. Good

I showed up this morning just before 8am. Sign was on door bathroom break I waited for like 8 minutes nobody came to unlock so I left came back later the girl was really rude didn't even look at my ID but told me she couldn't touch it and I had to scan it or cigarettes

Usually good prices but if you don't want to be swarmed by yellow jackets, go elsewhere. Cashier says they are inside the pumps

I stopped there to use the bathroom. AWFUL!!! ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!!!!! As if it is NEVER CLEANED!!! I don't understand how employees can use such FILTHY facilities!

I went in the store tonight. Shelves are barely stocked but I was able to find what I needed. Went up to the register and there was no one around. I literally walked around saying hello and no one answered. I left my stuff on the counter then left. What a horrible way to run a business.

Being a place of public accommodation means you must serve all customers and you cannot discriminate against people with disabilities. Since you've decided to turn people away because they cannot wear a mask, you deserve this rating from me.

One of the only pumps open on Christmas Eve. We were running on E, so we were pretty glad they left them unlocked for use! The station is pretty small compared to others.

Hi I have been going to the gas station for quite a while but Last time I went there this girl who was working at the cash register apparently had a problem with me because her friend was suspended in school after doing something to me she proceeded to swear at me in front of a customer and When I tried to pay refuse my service I would not recommend going here if you have any relationship with any of the people that work there and it's negative they will not treat you with respect as a customer
