Shell stole my money. I payed for a car wash. Could not get my car in neutral in time and the wash went w/o my car. Cashier would not allow me to actually get my car washed what I payed for. Also... we have had the unfortunate circumstance of a hole in our tire and have been having to get air from the pump frequently recently. It’s a joke we have to pay for air. Shell will get no more of my money.

Nice for stopping and getting gas, but don't even try to get a car wash. I selected to get one while pumping gas so I was supposed to get a code... No code or anything printed on my receipt. The credit card reader was not even working at the car wash so you'd think they would have someone or there helping, no. After 10 minutes of typing every number on my receipt into the kiosk assuming one was my car wash code, I decided to look up their number and call them while sitting at the entrance, because they didn't even leave a note with their number if their were any issues.. The lady comes out and basically told me they tell us which they don't to look at our receipt before we go to the car wash and it's my fault for not looking at the receipt. No, I believe if they know it's an issue with their receipts and car wash, they should have notices posted BEFORE you are stuck in the car wash. I will never get a car wash there again because I got the Ultimate and it didn't even spray soap on my car... I basically paid them to spray water on my car then blow it off with air... I will never go there again.

This is the second time I've come to this store and the doors have been locked upon arrival. In the middle of the day. Only to have some employee come up and unlock them. Maybe the employee has ibs. Or has a drug addiction. Either way, I'm avoiding shell gas stations for a good while.

Fast, reasonable and easy, which is what a gas station should be. Also allows you to use Kroger points which saves quite a bit over time.

pricey gas but convenient could use an update lot is tight
