Prices at this Shell are consistently higher than other Shells. For Premium grade, I usually find it 30-40cents higher. Annoyingly, their large sign displays the prices IF you buy a car wash. Regular prices are listed on the small signs and actual pumps. But, it's the only convenient Shell for Highland Park. The station itself is usually nice and clean.
It's the local gas station in my home neighborhood. So I am kinda partial. But the service is good and the employees are usually very friendly. And most of the time they are helpful
They offer $.30c discount when you use the car wash, and never been working since it's opened , so they lying to the people
Worse grave yard shift service. Never open. I've waited outside more then 15-20 mins on various occasions, and the employee never shows up. No sign. I understand you need to go to the bathroom, but everyday for so long? It's literally everytime . When do you actually serve the customer?
This station's prices are often higher on average than other Shell stations in the area, and some of the other brands, but this one is on my route more often than not; so you get what you get. The staff is nice and the windshield squeegee fluid is usually clean, but they're usually out of paper towels. Sometimes the receipt doesn't print for some reason - but the staff gives it to me without any issues.
This is where I get my gas for my vehicle all the time. The gas quality here is good and I have not had a problem with my engine due to gas. I do like that it has plenty of gas pumps to choose from and that the location has fast working employees. They are very nice and they're always very helpful. So when I need gas I come here I don't go to any other gas stations. I hate other gas stations that have commercials of cars talking and smiling treating people like idiots making them think that their cars will be better off because a cartoon gives a bad impression.
Gas prices are most of the times at an average. What I do like is their windshield wipers. They do not leave any markings when whipped. Also, it's a greatly laid out station. Not a place to be congested with cars.
They have no restrooms here at this location. I stopped to fill up from a long 1 hour traffic jam on the freeway and as I was filling up there was a young man that just got off his truck and freely drained the main vain. I feel like if your going to be a Shell specially a gas station that links up with Lyft drivers they should have public restrooms. The attendant told me I can go to food for less. This Shell has good prices but no public RESTROOM.
Pricing signage shows price with car wash but the car wash machine is currently fenced off, I’m assuming it’s broken or under maintenance.
Just got gas, turned on my car and drove to work ... still empty ... they gave me no gas. Plus the card thing wasn’t working so I had to go in.
