Worst Service Ever!!! The old guy at night is RACIST, we need to use the restroom and forgot something at the car when we came back he locked the restroom, and put a sign that it was closed, waiting in line to pay there was a white guy buying lottery scratchers around 12:07am and at 12:08am when it was it turn before we even say anything he told us he was closed and he is not selling lottery scratchers anymore, but he did charge for the snacks we had. Just because we are Latinas he won’t sell us lottery scratchers after 12:00 am and he would sell lottery scratchers to white customers at 12:07am.
I had to make a pitstop on the way back down to Southern California. I needed gas and a quick breather stretch my legs and so I happen to come to the Shell gas station. The prices for the gas for a very fair considering the surrounding area and the customer service was super friendly. I even needed a couple of hours to nap and the service attendant let me park outside to catch some Z‘s. I truly appreciate the quality of customer care here and I the sensitivity to travelers. Because of the kindness here, I should be able to make it back home in time for Thanksgiving! I truly enjoyed my experience here and recommend this stuff and it always pays to be nice.
It is an okay car wash. I expected more for $12 though. Left some streaks and didn't remove water spots.
Decent gas station. The only problem is that it didn't completely cleaned off my grandmother's car. It still had dust on it.
I've got to say the ladies here go above and beyond with their customer service. I'm not much of a talker, but over my months staying in the area go to know several staff members and they all have been overwhelmingly positive and always managed to get me leaving the store with a smile.
Great place to get gas, snacks, hot food, and your car washed and friendly service.
