Ok service but the don't answer the phone. Spent 30 minutes trying to call in an order n never got an answer. Drove up and they were not even busy.
They make fresh donuts right in the store, now as well as a full deli, pizza, and much more. They can customize orders for you to fit any occasion, the place is always clean and staff is wonderful.
They hire people with bad attitude!! I ordered a thin crust meaty pizza and they made me original crust so when pizza was taken back to store the cashiers claimed I got my order wrong and not them. No refund no remaking my pizza on top of that when I called back to store she yelled at me the she didn't make any mistakes then hung up in my face twice!!!!! Do do jobs in customer service if you have a nasty attitude!!!! And I will be calling corporate.
Called to order 3 or 4 pizzas...was put on hold for 15 min while one employee was waiting on everyone ...heard them say that they had someone quit today, then we were hung up on...management should have come in and helped run their store, poor management and business. No more pizza business from us. We will drive 15 min to Echo country store for our hunts bro pizza.

The employees are always friendly and willing to help. The facility is really clean and its kept that way 24-7-365. Herndon Oil did a good job with the Southern Traders theme in all its stores. The only complaint I have ever had, is that they didn't enlarge the parking lot years ago, so it has a tendency at certain times to be crowded. Other than that it was and always is a pleasure to go to that store. I would reccomend it to anybody that ask. Also that have a Fuel Rewards program that automatically saves $.5 off of a gallon up to 20 gallons. After you spend so much money in the store you can get up to $.10 off a gallon. Add up the points and the savings goes up.
Rude , unhelpful employees ever. Specially a little short black girl that works days. She is very rude. Better get new employees.
Staff is always nice but the NEVER answer the phone when you call to order a pizza.
