It's usually a nice place but the management needs to make better hiring decisions. My perfectly valid license that even has the Tennessee Star was not accepted as proof of age because the machine scanned it and declared I was "underage". My D.O.B shows clearly that I was way over 21. I live close by but I will never visit this gas station ever again. I will still go to McDonals behind it but will not even look this way.

Yesterday I walked inside the store to use the bathroom and the lady running it was standing at the door and she said that I had to put my purse on the counter. I was confused about why but I said ok BUT my husband said NO which made me realize HOW STUPID that would be! WHY did SHE need MY purse? I was walking inside! The McDonald's is connected on the other side of the bathroom. My husband took my purse back to the car and I continued to use the restroom and then he went inside because we felt like she was going to try to rob me. The lady without teeth and the short man with dreads were the ONLY people inside the store. NOBODY has a right to TELL you to give them YOUR personal belongings! The manager NEEDS to pull the tape out and check out what their employees are doing to customers. I only wonder how many times they have done that
If I’m wrong I am wrong. But when a person is being corrected, you don’t have to treat them like they purposely came to cause problems. I ordered a drink from McDonald’s, and when I finished my drink, I went to a refill station and it turns out, I was wrong. The gas station has its own drink station and that’s what I used for my McDonald’s refill. Shame on me. But this guy popped out of nowhere as soon as I was halfway filling the drink and he was like “you gotta pay for that” so I said “oh okay, sorry” then I went to the cashier and made my purchase for a $2 large drink. Like that’s not cool. Like the last time i felt that energy a drunk guy at a bar came up to fight me. If you already have your mind made up about someone without getting to know them, that’s your decision. But don’t have hate in your heart for people who look different from whatever you want. 99 more reviews to go.
Says 24 hours, right of I40, 2 employees inside, and YET yall refuse to open! My friend is a truck, my roommate is works at 5am and these stores are supposed to be available!!! Very sad and disappointing!!! I attached hotel show employee inside and one sitting in car, yet they refused service!
Busy but a good fuel stop.
Don't trust them claiming to be open 24hr because they aren't. They are only open 24hr to their "friends". Not a good place to stop at night if you need a drink or to use the bathroom. Best just keep on rolling.
Super easy to get into off of the interstate! It was easy to pull our moving van and trailer in, but harder to get out. Bathrooms were a little rough, 3 stars. Decent gas prices
The staff are speedy and talkative if you want to chat, polite if you don't. The beer cave is small but well stocked on the Domestic side. The card machine also does contactless payments easily.The McDonald's attached is crap FYI.
One of my favorite places to stop because of the safety o feel when attending this facility in the dark as a single female that travels often. Their selection in the store is also amazing and you won't be disappointed either.
