The car wash is supposed to be open at 6:30 AM every day and they still haven't opened it and it's 7 o'clock. The large woman who works there is VERY rude for no reason. I get charged twice for one wash and they kept the other funds. Not a good experience. When the carwash is actually open it doesn't work well at all. It leaves tons of soap and I have to wipe it down so it doesn't leave stains and streaks. So disappointed in this station located not far from where I live!
Unusable gas pumps, unusable car wash. I love the shell brand but I can't come to this location anymore.

Gas pumps don't accept card.
They need to update the pumps software… We take more time trying to put loyalty number than actually fueling
I like the carwash here because they provide broom and cleaner to get the wheels before you enter. Always good service inside and the Cuban coffee is good.
PLEASE UPDATE THE SOFTWARE ON YOUR PUMPS!! I LOOSE 5 MIN EVERY TIME I USE THE TOUCHSCREEN
I only get gas here because it’s conveniently near my house… it’s not a safe gas station as I saw someone get robbed next to my car and there’s always cops. Hot spot for crime, avoid it.
Their car wash neither accepts credit cards nor bills larger than $10 bills. This information is poorly displayed, it’s only noticeable at the entrance of the wash. On top of that their machine did not want to accept a $5 bill either. After bringing this to the store clerk’s attention instead of trying to mitigate the inconvenience, they gave attitude. Horrible service.
My experience here usually is very pleasant but tonight register rep by the name of Alex spoke in a very unprofessional and rude way towards me. This hasn't happened before.. So I am a little confused for his behavior in which it was embarrassing in front of other customers that stood behind me on line.!!! They should be tough correctly how to be in a customer service industry. For I myself i am in the hospitality industry and this is not tolerable.!!! Hope this matter gets resolved, for a better service in the future.!!! Thanks
