Nearby highway 401, clean station and good staff.

The printer at pump doesn't work.. One problem is the station closes at 11 but when I came around 10:15 the employee already locked the door. Though it was an inconvenience for me I wonder how many sales the store lost that night and possibly more since the employee closes early. Edit - Thank you for responding. I have increased my rating.

It's generally cheaper than other gas stations in the immediate area. CAA members receive 3 cents off, awesome bonus! Hopefully, they will upgrade the machines to offer tap options.

Both google maps and shell Canada state this station closes at 23:00 each night. I went by tonight to fill up at 22:15 and the station was closed. I see that this has been a problem in the past and people were told this would be addressed. Since this is still a problem weeks later, it appears as though promises to fix this were just words and nothing more.

This place is truly amazing! Great customer service, very kind. The guy was sweet and respectful. I loved that it was clean despite the fact that it’s a gas station .

No respect for peoples time. Twice now I’ve been here for propane and waited 20 minutes plus for service. Went in to get a refund and was told customers need to have patience and that he can’t afford to pay someone else. It’s simple don’t offer services you can’t satisfy. Anyways went to the CDN Tire gas bar and I was in and out of there in 5 minutes flat.

Visited this place to only be yelled at by the old man behind the counter for nothing. Never experienced such bad customer service in my life yet. The cops were called due to his abusive behavior. There should be an action taken against this person immediately as he shouldn’t be serving customers with that filthy attitude.

The worst place I have ever been here in Canada. Dear, Owner if you are seeing this message. Please tell the person at the counter to be considerate instead of being so rude..I have never met someone who is so rude and hopefully I never will. Not returning to this place for filling up, neither will I recommend this place to anyone whom I know.

Was happy that at least we had one Shell in Milton for my Airmiles collection, but now I won't be going to that one anymore. They charged me for a chocolate bar that I didn't purchase in my order. I noticed that on my receipt once I reached home. I have reported them to the customer service, and there is no way I'll ever get back to a place where the staff think they can get away with it. Very poor ethics.

i have been using this gas station for over 25 years, it was once called Ray,s Texaco, the new owners have been there for 20+ years and the service has always been great. they have done a great renovation over the past few years and have included everything you may need , they even have auto gas LPG for you car and a sub shop will be added soon, great job guys keep up the good work.
