Best customer service ever. I was having a horrible day and then on top of that the gas pump didn't seem to be working for me. I then start crying because I just can't catch a break. The staff were prompt and super helpful. The man who helped with my pump I can't remember his name but I'm so sorry he's so awesome oh my gosh was so helpful and solved the problem with my pump and offered any other help I needed, he even offered a hug which I definitely needed. I really appreciate these guys!

Most days I rate them five stars. Today I came in for my omelette at five after ten and was told they weren't serving breakfast. Their menu says breakfast til 11. The older lady at the counter seemed grumpy that I would even bring that up and gruffly responded it closes at ten. They do a good BLT so I ordered that. So two stars for being grumpy and not sticking to the posted breakfast hours.

Just watched an employee named Daniel, turn away 5 paying customers at 8:55 because he had already dropped his cash in the safe. When I asked him about this he told me he just does it to leave work earlier. I used to work here and this never used to be the way things were done. Luckily I had a card to pay with but others were not so lucky.

Been a regular here with my father for years. The people here always treat us right! Good food from their kitchen up there with EZ's...IMO

I have been coming here since I moved to east Wenatchee in 2019. The cherry coke is ALWAYS expired. I have brought this to their attention several times. Today I went in and the cherry coke as well as Vanilla Coke was expired. I wish they would address this with their coke provider to ensure only the best quality products are sold at their establishment.

I love this Shell!!!! Tanya is the best!!! So sweet and nicest personality. Huge welcoming smile. If I still owned my own business I would try to recruit her!!! Her smile and laugh is infectious.

Would not let me enter without a mask when I told them I had a medical issue that prevented me from wearing one he still refused to serve me I will never go to the store again nor will I Ever recommend this store to anyone

More expensive than other stations, although perhaps the quality of gas is better. Beware if you use your Fred Meyer points; you must use all or none--no partial credits.
