I live very close to this station and i used Shell go and i was very happy for the time saved because i work like driver and i need every day to fill the tank, last few months every time i go i was canceled by the site, I don’t know what’s mean but i asked one day inside i think was the in charge and told me is about the internet sometime is slow, but be serious, last 2-3 months not even one time didn’t worked? I think is switched off and that it. Because off this i need to drive Acton every day when i have the station in front off my house. Shame
I use to get my petrol from here but will never go there again. Its always the most expensive place to buy fuel. When other Petrol Stations are reducing they remain the mist expensive around. No wonder they never seem busy.
I went in this petrol station yesterday to find two customers walking about and shouting across the shop to each other without masks, the gentleman behind the counter didn't challenge I certainly wasn't going to . The cashier didn't have a mask, no sanitizer around and to be honest just like everything was normal, except a flimsy bit of ill fitting plastic in the till area. I felt very uncomfortable and left as fast as I could. I will make sure I dint need to fill up in this area again and avoid this stop in future. To be fair the shop had what I needed, at the inflated Esso prices, was clean and well kept, but a shame that this happened.
Are you following Covid -19 guidelines ? I bought a coffee and forgot to take the receipt from the machine with the barcode on. I went back to the coffee machine to get the barcode and the other customer after me who was waiting chucked the receipt in the bin. I went back to the cashier and told him this he had asked me to “Put my hand in the bin to bring him the receipt” and refusing to accept payment because there was no bar code displayed at the coffee machine. I refused to put my hand down the bin to get the barcode for him, in which he started shouting and shouting verbal abuse at me. At this point everyone in the petrol station where shocked at his behaviour. Definitely need customer service improvement and follow government guidelines. Disgusting behaviour! Extremely uncomfortable experience. I looked for a basket for my goods... I dipped in for some home supplies as I'd had a long week so didn't want to face the supermarket.... they didn't have carrier so I was bringing bits to the counter. I was picking up a beer... the condensation made it slippery and I dropped it... it's lid came undone and it sprayed a bit. I apologised profusely....when I came to the till they said they would charge me for it. I shop here all the time. Payed... but won't again
Normally very friendly stuff, wide variety of drinks and food to buy on the go. Unfortunately, yesterday I was served by a black lady never seen her there before who rolled her eyes and shook her head at me when I mistakenly gave her wrong pump number. Found it absolutely unacceptable and humiliating.
Over 10 mins early, turned off machine as I grabbed the petrol hose and refused to let us get petrol.
Supposed to close at 11 but closed at 10:45 on 06/05/23 for no reason.
Staff is rude named vinujan. U should sack that guy. Asking him nicely to show me that cigarettes that they have. So i can choose but he dont want to show me. And hes so rude. Man this guy dont deserve to work in retail. No customer service skill . Vinujan is letting down your company
The only garage I use, it is a shame they haven't got the guy Julian working on the forecourt now, he used to fill up my car for me. Friendly staff
