Shelton Family Dentistry

I had a traumatic experience with a dentist that will remain nameless and was terrified to go back to one. Dr. Shelton was recommended by everyone. He is a bit more expensive but worth every penny. I felt no pain and he listened to my concerns, and spoke to me through the whole procedure letting me know what he was doing as he did it. I will always go to him from now on. His staff is lovely with the exception to the receptionist who sounded like I annoyed her with my call to make the appointment. But her sourness does not diminish the great practice Dr. Shelton has

Best dentist in the world! And his office staff is awesome too. I highly recommend him, especially to people who’ve had bad experiences with dentists in the past. He’s also great with kids and makes sure your comfortable the whole time you’re there.

My daughter went in today for a temporary crown on a chipped tooth. With her mouth being numbed she of course thought he was fixing the problem! He did the wrong tooth!!! Wouldn't you think he could see the chipped tooth that needed to be fixed? Unbelievable!!!! There better be total compensation fot the inconvenience !!! This is mind blowing. Time to retire dr. Shelton!!!

Terrible environment. The room was very small with painted cinder block walls and a stained tile ceiling. The yellowed chair and light was crammed into the corner and the plumbing was exposed. It didn't look very clean or feel comfortable. It seems they refuse to update to newer X-ray technology or much of anything else. After one visit I switched dentist.

That man saved me from being someone that would never step foot into another dental office .. ever!! He calmed me and made sure I never hurt and I remember when I was young he would sing Elvis songs, it kept me calm. After working as an assistant with Dr. Mark Chunn I said wow no way will I ever take my child anywhere but here! Free or not he will not go to Chunns. He’s always done me and my family awesome and I’m so thankful for him and the staff I know I can be a pain..

Dr. Shelton is wonderful, he never pushes the patient into doing anything that the patient doesn't want to do or really can't afford. He is completely upfront and honest.

very unprofessional… was supposed to get braces, but i needed a cavity filled and his office said they could do that, but when i got there, he called my orthodontist and told them what i needed and didn’t need. he just needs to do his job as a dentist, not an orthodontist.

he made me a Denture ,he talked to me like I was 10 years old,,,, there were issues with the Denture he pretty much just blew it off,,,, he still has the Denture and says he will refund the cost to my insurance ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, the bottom line,,,, he does not listen thinks he knows it all and all but told me so,,,,,, I would not recommend him to my worst enemy

I got crowns on 2 teeth for $150. less than other dentists quoted me

Worst dental office I've ever been to disrespectful,dirty,lack of General knowledge of dental treatment and antibiotic use !! Do not go unless u want a staff infection
