The drivers are great and if you can match your schedule up to their routes it's fine but the second there's some inclimate weather alert there is 0 service it's like they've never heard of chains.. Life continues but the dial a ride and bus routes dont
Most miserable transit i have ever rode. Both drivers and transit center staff are rude and authoritative like school busses. Huge gaps in rural routes make it impractical as a reliable form of transportation.
Mason Transit Authority does it right. All hands- drivers, supervisors, customer service reps, and so forth- they all make sure that people get where they want to got. Keep up the Outstanding work!
A few seats to sit on while waiting for the bus, but otherwise just a bus stop. The homeless seem to be present all day and some seem to be selling drugs.
Mason county Transit employees are the best anywhere know one can beat them bus driver's are so friendly my first choice for transportation

Was there for my Uncle's memorial. It is a great venue for a large grouping.
There was some sketchy people there at night, I rode the bus down there a week ago and there was a security guard. Now that we have security I can now go to Safeway later at night.
This establishment needs more commuter comforts for free.
It works when you have no other way but you also have to deal with all types of people. By all types I mostly am taking. The drug addicts.
