The SHENANDOAH FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE, is a member of the VIRGINIA FLAG FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION, which in turn is a member of the UNITED STATES FLAG FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION. Top Teams in the League compete in State Tournaments. Top teams in the State’s “A” Division compete in the Nationals.
