Close by the airport, everyone was really nice from the front desk, servers at the restaurant,  to the cleaning people. The restaurant food was delicious, the entire family enjoyed it. The rooms were pricey, but it might have been priced higher because of New Years. It was a big hotel for only 3 elevators, 1 went out and the other was a service elevator. Checkout time was a mess, and everyone had luggage, so stairs wasn't an option

Customers service is great. Rooms are quite old, pillows and beds are anything but comfortable, and housekeeping in some rooms is questionable, mold in and around AC vents or in tubs. Fridge in the room was not working, lost quite a lot of food. Stayed there multiple times for work, service is consistent. Breakfast is very good though!Rooms: 1/5

My recent stay at the Marriott Sheraton near Miami Airport was a pleasant experience that combined convenience with commendable hospitality. The hotel's proximity to the airport is a significant advantage, especially for travelers like me looking for easy access upon arrival or before departure.  One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service from the staff. Despite my late arrival, they were accommodating and waited for me, which was a warm and welcoming gesture after a long day of travel. Their friendly and helpful demeanor throughout my stay added a personal touch to the experience.  The hotel's location, while incredibly convenient for airport access, can be a bit challenging to find as it doesn't appear on some maps. This minor hiccup, however, is overshadowed by the overall accessibility and benefits of being so close to the airport.  Unfortunately, upon my arrival, the restaurant had just closed, which was a slight disappointment. However, the hotel's free shuttle service to the airport was a valuable amenity that significantly enhanced my stay. This service provided a hassle-free way to get to the airport, adding to the ease of my travel plans.

It was a really nice hotel and experience. I always enjoy my stay will return. Staff is always helpful with finding things to do in the area as well as being kind enough to hold our bags at the Bellhop until it was time for my friends and I to get to the cruiseport. Great experience. And their pizza and Burgers are yummy!Rooms: 5/5

Pratique lors d’une nuit en transit à Miami, mais l’hôtel mériterait un rafraîchissement, le matin de notre départ un seul ascenseur fonctionnait, ils nous a fallut plus de 15min pour pouvoir descendre nous avions beaucoup de bagages. Nous y avons séjourné deux fois en une semaine et à chaque fois il n’y avait que deux serviettes dans la chambre alors que la réservation était pour 3! Le restaurant n’est pas mauvais mais n’a rien d’extraordinaire non plus. En gros pour un transit ok mais c’est tout!

This hotel has a good location, easy access's from the airport and to bus, train station  Tri rail,  metro and even the trolley, so you don’t need to Uber all the time.  Shuttle is every 15 min 24 hours so that a great service.  The hotel staff is the best from Ylen in the club floor 10, very caring and friendly.  Don’t missed the great views from the traffic landing and departing MIA. The snacks are delicious.  You have to wake up for the breakfast, great coffee, and omelette station, tons of options and all the personal attention of all the members.  Shelia and the rest of the crew.  The pool is nice and have a little sand area for catching the sun.  Rooms are o.k, with a modern decoration and pretty standard, a safe, what mostly needed will be a small fridge.  Love this hotel,great location, friendly and kind staff.  A 4,5.

This must be by far the worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time. My family and I flew into Miami for a Caribbean Cruise, and we selected to stay the night at the Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel due to the proximity to Miami International Airport. The issues started with check-in which while we were waiting patiently in line the front desk employees were more interested in helping someone who had just come in off the street instead of getting us checked in. Upon getting to our room, we ordered room service as our flight arrived late evening and we had not eaten. I have celiac disease and ordered the only gluten free item on the menu eggs and bacon. I asked for the meal to be made gluten free and was assured that this request would not be an issue. Upon delivery to our room the meal had a huge piece of toast which was not gluten free sitting on top of the entire dish. The next issue we had was the toilet in our room would not properly flush at all, sometimes requiring 5 plus flushes just to get a little bit of toilet paper to go down the drain. As we were traveling with our 2 young daughters, we opted for a room with 2 queen beds. We put our daughters to sleep in 1 of the beds which was comfortable enough and then my wife and I went to sleep in the other bed. The second bed was so hard it was as if I was sleeping on plywood, and it had a horrible smell of fish throughout the sheets. As it was already quite late, and we had to get to our cruise ship early the next morning we just ignored these issues which was a bad idea as I woke up the next morning with a rash on my chest which I can only assume came from whatever was causing the fish smell in the bed. During checkout we had the exact same issues as during our check in where the front desk was more interested in helping people who were just walking up to the desk instead of the people waiting in line. I expressed all my concerns to the women working at the front desk while I was checking out and they were all brushed off without even an apology. I would advise anyone to stay elsewhere as this hotel is a terrible value with awful customer service and run down rooms.

We got a knock on our door at 8:30am telling us to check out at 9:30am by housekeeping although checkout was posted and told to us as well as marked on the website to be 11am. I did ask for breakfast to be paid with our booking, and it wasn't, and we were turned away for breakfast. I will not recommend it.

Great location right by the airport, you’d think it would have been noisy but it was peaceful. The parking was non-existent despite them having a parking deck that was cramped. The room was nice but smelled of cigarette smoke. Beds slept well. We tried the breakfast buffet that looked good but the food was bland, at $35/person it should have at least tasted good… very disappointed in the food. I did not return to that. The 6’2” deep pool was amazing, we even had plenty of iguanas to keep us company.

It is very convenient for miami airport. Good clean rooms with real coffee maker. Nice bar area, small pool, Staff were very helpful. S The smoking area at the side was covered, but needed a bench to sit on. Let's cater properly to all your customers.
