Sheridan stepped in last minute and saved my bacon. He took over my accounting when another firm had extended and failed to complete my taxes due to employees quitting. He went to work immediately like a pitbull on a ham hock! He found quite a few errors that the prior 4 CPA firms had not, which made me feel and understand that I was not just another customer to him and that I had made the right decision. In fact the other CPA firms had been filing my returns completely wrong. When my company was set up the original CPA's had determined I should be classed as schedule E with all rental income. This classification opened me up to IRS audits, prevented me from being able to open traditional retirement accounts and has inhibited my financial growth greatly. His recommendations have enabled me to put close to 20k into a retirement account right away reducing my tax burden, as well as start saving for my daughter's future. These are all things I have wanted to do but could not before meeting him. His work is precise, advice is understandable and his dedication is literally night and day. I very much appreciated his candor with my situation and what needed to be done to keep the most money in my pocket and out of the government's hands.
