I had the EMS come out because I was in extreme pain on my right side of my stomach, and one of the EMS guys immediately started to gaslight me about my pain, saying he couldn't give me any pain meds, and that's the only reason why I called them, even though that's not why I called them, I just couldn't drive myself due to me vomiting every 5 mins. Then he started to tell me exactly what was going on with me like he was the doctor. Then he proceeded to say you can either ride with us or have someone take you, and they would give you pain meds. He thought I only wanted pain meds!! I didn't know if my appendix ruptured or if I had kidney stones, I just wanted to be checked out. But the EMS driver was really nice just not the guy who asks you all the questions even though he acted like he knew everything.
So very helpful and professional. They went above and beyond helping us this morning and we are so very grateful
