The quiet rooms are in high demand, maybe because of chaos at home? The staff try to accommodate everyone.
A good place to go hang out and get on the internet and look at book and do all kind of fun things and shared idea on how to do things at the library with staffs member so they can make changes on how to make the library a better place to learn and learn more about computers and technology and books or whatever it is
Staff is so wonderful! You get first class treatment here. Really wish there were more libraries like this one. So friendly towards my daughter and I. Study rooms are nice, CLEAN, and quiet. I love the option of checking out laptops, super helpful when you have little ones :
Great library! It's very spacious and always very clean with friendly and helpful staff. My kids love all the technology available and the Children section. There are plenty of computers for patrons and 2 study rooms which I've taken advantage of. It's also cool that they have snack and beverage machines indicating that they aren't picky about eating and drinking in the library!
They have many hands on programs for adults during the summer. I drive in from Mooresville to participate. During the school year the traffic makes events really tough to participate in. Looking forward to next summer.
This library is beautiful, the children area is colorful, there are comfortable chairs in a secluded area, that is my favorite spot. They offer a lot of arts and crafts workshops for all ages

Always friendly, smiling, and helpful staff members facilitated a small group meeting of Catawba County Master Gardeners. Faculty is terrific, and useful. Thanks a bunch !
